On behalf of all staff and students at Demeter House, I would like to thank everyone who has offered support, donations or sympathy following the break in at Scawby. We are very sad that someone has found it acceptable to take things that do not belong to them, especially when the students themselves helped to raise the money for that equipment. However, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of people in our local community and beyond and the level of support we have received has been completely unexpected but very gratefully received. We will be holding some events to thank everyone and to showcase our amazing students and their talent. We are very proud of our school and we will bounce back even stronger, especially knowing that we have so many people wishing us well.
